Transient Camping

  • Nightly

    All our RV sites offer 50 amp. electric service, water, and sewer hookups. We have converters for rent for $5.00 a night for the length of your stay that will power down to 30 amp or 120 amp.


    $75.00 per night, there is a two-night minimum. This rate is for an occupancy of 4, two adults and two children. $10.00 extra for each additional person.


  • Weekly

    $500.00 (non-holiday) for one week. Class A add $50.00 per week for added electric usage.

  • Holiday Weekends

    Min. 3-night stay required: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Columbus Day. $255.00 includes free enjoyment of entertainment and events scheduled. Class A add $50.00 per week for added electric usage.

  • Holiday Weeks

    $550.00, Class A add $50.00 per week for added electric usage.

  • Monthly

    $1500.00 plus metered electric usage

  • Extended Season

    Extended season for Transients is $800.

    Water is not a guarantee once the weather changes and pipes can potentially freeze. However, the bath house and laundry facilities will still be open.

    Extended season goes from the day after Columbus day to Thanksgiving.


Seasonal Camping

Starts the First Friday in May and ends the day after Columbus day.

Rates vary, depending on location and size of site. All the rates include winter storage on your reserved site. Our seasonal sites start at $3,000.00, and are roomy enough for a 40′ camper, a deck, picnic table & firepit area, and outside furniture. 99% of our sites will accommodate a 40′ trailer. 


Our seasonal campers receive a discounted price of $500.00 for extended season for each site. Water is not a guarantee once the weather changes and pipes can potentially freeze. However, the bath house and laundry facilities will still be open.

No refunds will be provided. Should a camper decide to leave or not camp, no refunds will be made as we have reserved the site for the user and made it unavailable to prospects.

Seasonal Camping

Starts the First Friday in May and ends the day after Columbus day.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

Transient site fees are due within 7 days of  the reservation being booked.


Seasonal sites are due on or before Labor Day. Any seasonal site not paid for on time will be available to the next person on the waiting list.
